Orders will be sent FREIGHT COLLECT. On all purchase orders faxed via the phone, and/ or placed via the internet, please include: Shipping address, phone number, contact name, and preferred carrier, if any. If you do not specify a preferred carrier, Greenridge Signature Designs reserves the right to assign a carrier for you, and is not responsible for any shipping delays, and/ or variance in shipping costs.

When shipped via common carrier trucking, all items include a boxing, and handling charge of $23.00 per box. This is added to the purchase price, and is due prior to shipping on all in stock items, and is due upon shipping for all items not in stock.

Estimated lead time of items that are in stock is 6-8 weeks from receipt of C.O.M., or purchase order. Estimated lead time for items not in stock is 12-14 weeks. Items will ship "as ready" regardless of back order items unless notified of preference to ship all items at one time. Customer service will notify you that your order is leaving the factory, and at that time will provide you with the carrier information, if a preferred carrier isn't provided.

Cancellations: Customers have 14 days from order date to notify us of cancellations. No cancellations will be accepted after 14 days because our furniture is made to order. In the case that your order ships prior to the 14 day cancellation date, and you choose to cancel, Greenridge Signature Designs reserves the right to receive payment for all shipping costs to and from the factory. All cancellations must be faxed or mailed in with a copy of your order, as well as contacting us directly by phone within the time allowed.

Shipping: All goods are inspected for quality before leaving the shipping department. Any damage or shortage should be reported to the carrier and noted on the freight bill of lading before signing. If concealed damage is discovered after the delivery, it is the purchaser's responsibility to retain all packaging material, including the carton, and to notify the carrier immediately to schedule and inspection after which a claim should be filed with the carrier.

If a defect in our product occurs during shipping and it is determined that the defect was caused by our factory, Greenridge Signature Designs, Inc. reserves the right to replace, or repair the item in question to the customers satisfaction. Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted without prior authorization from the factory.

We will not be able to accept any responsibility for open joints due to movement or climate variance on finished products after delivery.

Also, we regret that Greenridge Signature Designs, Inc. cannot be held liable for any shipping delays or service received from any truck company(s).

Online Ordering: We now offer 24 hour/ 7 day a week online ordering as a convenience to our customers. Upon placing an online order with us, you will be contacted by a customer service representative with in 48 hours of purchase date excluding weekends, and holidays. If placing an order not during regular business hours (Monday-Friday/ 9-6 Eastern Standard Time), you will be contacted 2 days following the next business day. If for some reason you are not contacted, it is your responsibility to contact customer service directly to verify that your order was placed, and not the responsibility of Greenridge Signature Designs, Inc.

Although we have made every effort to display the products and their colors as accurately as possible, the displayed colors of the products will depend upon the monitor of the user; therefore, Greenridge Signature Designs cannot guarantee when ordering online that the actual colors of the product will be the same as the colors displayed on your monitor. Products displayed may be out-of-stock or discontinued items, and prices are subject to change. We will make every attempt to keep our website updated, but Greenridge Signature Designs is not responsible for typographical errors regarding pricing, and product availability on this site. Furthermore, visitors assume all responsibility and risk with respect to their use of this site.

Damage Claim Information

To our valued customer:

All efforts have been made to ensure that your merchandise will arrive safely but damages do sometimes occur. If your order should happen to arrive damaged during transit, please use the following procedure:

 1. Note any visible damage to outside of box. Open and inspect in front of carrier. Either reject item and return with carrier or if item can be repaired, describe damage on carriers' delivery slip.

• Keep the damaged item and all the packing materials in the original carton, taking special care to preserve the shipping label.
• Please notify the carrier within ten days of receipt of merchandise so your claim may be handled promptly. If you need assistance or the phone number of your carrier, please contact our office.

 We will expedite your replacement or repair as soon as possible. We regret we cannot honor a claim if the above procedure is not followed.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy statement, "Personal Information" means any information by which you can be personally identified, and includes your name, your address, your telephone number, your email address, and the like. Greenridge signature Designs collects personal information only when you voluntarily submit such information to us, such as when placing a product order, or when requesting product information, and pricing.

When visiting our internet website. Our web server automatically recognizes only information regarding the visitor's domain name (or that of the visitor's access provider) and email address. It is Greenridge Signature Design's policy to maintain all personal information as confidential, and to use such personal information for the specific purpose for which it was volunteered, and to notify customers of updates, discontinued product, and promotions.

Our policy is to keep personal information only for so long as needed for such purposes as listed above. You may request at any time that Greenridge Signature Designs dispose of any or all personal information about you except the personal information needed to complete your order.
